Dirck Iacobelli has an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH with a major in Economics. He also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Dirck has more than thirty years experience in bankruptcy, real estate, asset management and asset disposition that began as a manager of distressed assets for General Electric Pension Trust. His early career included financial and management positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric and Del Webb Corporation. During the past twenty plus years, Dirck has provided comprehensive management consulting services to a variety of start up companies, operating businesses and distressed entities in the real estate, financial services, retail, health care, insurance, hospitality, resort, manufacturing, energy services and public utility sectors.

Highlights include the disposition of more than $1.5 billion in real estate related assets for national clients including: Executive Life Insurance Company, FINOVA, Capital Corporation, American Continental Corporation, and Tucson Electric Power Company.

Dirck has served as Chief Financial Officer of a NASDAQ listed retailer (in reorganization), Director of a NYSE homebuilder, president of an operating subsidiary of an NYSE real estate development company and President-Principal of his own real estate development, management and financial consulting firm. He has negotiated and restructured a wide range of financing documents, leases and contractual agreements. Dirck is a licensed Arizona real estate broker and a member of the Arizona TMA. Dirck has also served as a panelist at numerous business association events.
